We received approval from the Massachusetts Department of Labor to initiate a Tool and Die Maker Apprentice program. A new hire with no experience could receive a paid education and promising career trajectory. Up to two years of prior experience can also be applied to the program, if applicable, to get an extra step ahead. Starting at $15/hour an apprentice will have full visibility on pay increase incentives to be earned at the completion of each of eight, 1000-Hour terms throughout the course of the 4-year program.

It is our goal to improve the manufacturing industry by training machinists with an improved skill set and knowledge base while also setting them up for a bright future.
